A knowledgeable and entertaining afternoon.

Romain is a knowledgeable and entertaining guide. We learnt not only about the area but also the characteristics of the soil and role of the rocks in the soil in developing the vines. Chateauneuf du Pape is a world-famous wine with lots of rules and regulations controlling every aspect of its production, Romain was able to explain all these factors in an understandable way. The wine itself was sublime, we tasted the products of 2 different wineries. My thanks again to Romain for a memorable afternoon.
